I grew up as a NJ shore kid very active in sports. I loved mountain biking, playing lacrosse and surfing. I played D-III college lacrosse and was an assistant coach for Marlboro high school lacrosse team.
In 2010, I was introduced to kettlebell training and CrossFit and was re-inspired into living a healthy life and staying fit.
I’ve studied Holistic Health at Georgian Court College and Public Relations at Roger Williams University so becoming a coach was a natural progression in combining my love of fitness and helping people.
My favorite movements include overhead barbell work and pull-ups. Following a “macro” diet has been a key in maintaining my stamina over the years.
As a coach, most athletes will say I am a bit of a jokester sprinkled with tough love. I’m an honest and communicative guy so you’ll always know what I am thinking. Hard rock is what I like to play to motivate during class and intense workouts.
In my spare time you can find me golfing, traveling, hiking, enjoying the beach, SUP boarding and cooking.
