Program Description

Fun and challenging fitness class for all levels with a motivating coach. Whether you are new or experienced it doesn’t matter. This class is for all levels of fitness. Warm-up, workout, accessory, and cool down are all part of this class.


This is what we call a high intensity interval training session done the OA way with a focus on core, endurance, stamina, and strength. Want to improve overall health, gain endurance, lose weight, get that beach body, feel better, improve in sports…etc.? This class is for YOU.
