Program Description

Our prep course is designed for new members. You will work one-on-one with one of our coaches to go over movements to get you prepared for our regular CrossFit class.


This class is required to attend regularly programmed classes, but is not require for our Power Hour class. Our Prep Course is a great way to get familiar with what we do and learn the correct way to move.  


Once purchased we will reach out to you to schedule your Prep Course session.

Receive an introduction to fitness that will prepare you body for more rigorous work

Learn the fundamentals of CrossFit as we prep you body to get used to the movements of the sport

We will work with you to determine the best path to help you achieve your fitness goals
